June 2010: Sarah
Q. First off, how did you become a Doctor Who fanatic?
A. I started to watch Doctor Who when it came back in 2005, but I really started to love when it was not on as I missed it and had to buy the DVDs. Then, of course, David Tennant became the Doctor and I thought he was absolutly brilliant.
Q. If you could spend the day as one character (good or bad) from the series, who or what would it be and why?
A. I would probaly become the Master as I could be completly mad and have such power. I could also say that I am a Time Lord which would be totally cool. "Can you hear that drumming" I also think it would be pretty coo lto know how to fly the TARDIS.
Q. We're nearing the end of the current series - are you enjoying it? What has been your favourite moment so far?
A. I thought the scene when the Doctor and Amy find themselves in the mouth of the Star Whale was so funny and brilliant and funny at the same time. I also enjoyed the scene during Flesh and Stone where Amy has to pretend she can see and then the angels start to MOVE, I was literally glued to my chair! I also loved the Dream Lord "but I could have done without the limerick"!
Q. Who do you think River Song is? The Doctor's wife? Daughter? Stalker?
A. I think River Song is the Doctor's soul mate. I think she could possibly even be a Time Lord, but then she did die at the end of The Forest of the Dead without regenerating. She will deffinatly be an important part of the Doctor's life.
Q. If you could change anything about the series, what would it be and why?
A. I would have more outer spacey items in the TARDIS because I think there are far too many household items in the TARDIS...but don't get me wrong because I absolutly love the new design.
Q. Planet Earth is being invaded, but you’ve been given access to Project Indigo, a device which teleports the wearer to the place they most want to be. Where would it take you and why?
A. Firstly I would go to my family to tell that everything will be OK and then I would try to find the Doctor. If I had access to Project Indigo then I would deffinatly know all about the Doctor and what to do to save the world. Lets go beat the nasty aliens!!
Q. We've already seen mysterious cracks on more than one occasion. What do you think they mean? Share any theories you've concocted.
A. I did think that the crack were leftover energy from the big bang. As I think the cracks mean that the big bang did not happen and people get unwritten because the would not exist if the big bang did not happen as that was the start of everything in the universe.
Q. Is there anything in your life that you would say has been directly affected by Doctor Who?
A. My bank account!! I have noticed that all my pennies seem to be spend on Doctor Who!
Q. Is there anything else you'd like to say before you go?
A. I LOVE Doctor Who, I LOVE Matt Smith, I LOVE David Tennant, I LOVE the TARDIS!! I love everthing to do with Doctor Who and let it continue for many years to come. I can't wait for the series finale because I just want to know what the cracks are about. Here's to all you Whovians who LOVE the show.
