March 2013: Qonitap

Q. Firstly, how and when did you get into Doctor Who?
A. Since the first episode of the 10th Doctor. I was in elementary school then, I think.

Q. The Doctor returns this month in The Bells of St John. From what we've seen so far, what are you most looking forward to about the new series?
A. The Doctor's new companion and the new monsters and aliens that going to be in the series. Just be 30th March already!

Q. 23rd November 2013 will mark the 50th anniversary of the Doctor, and it's been confirmed that a 3D adventure will be screened on TV and in cinemas as part of the blockbuster festivities! Thoughts?
A. I think I'm not really excited with the visual part, but I am excited with the rumours flying around that the previous Doctors gonna be in that episode, or maybe the previous companion like Rose, Amy, Rory, Donna, Mickey, Captain Jack, Martha and other companions. Or maybe we can see the Doctor's daughter again.

Q. If you were in charge, what else would you be planning to commemorate the milestone?
A. We flew back in time where we saw the Time War, how Gallifrey fall and the Time Lord's saved themselves from the War. We saw the past Doctor and help him with the War. We see the Doctor's family, even his future daughter, and River is there to help the Doctor too.

Q. Which Doctor Who character - past or present - would you say you relate to most?
A. I think it's the 10th. But I don't know, it could be any Doctor. Each of them is awesome, just like me. I'm awesome. But the Doctor more awesome than me.

Q. If you could "borrow" one prop from the series, what would it be and why?
A. The Doctor's screwdriver. I always want to touch it and see it from close and how it flashes.

Q. What would you say is the best thing about being a Doctor Who fan?
A. We know about timey-wimey-wobbly stuff. Like wormholes, how the universe works, what happens in the end of the universe, how the Big Bang works, how time paradox work and other intellectual things you could find in Doctor Who. And Doctor Who helps us to imaginate things. And we learn that nobody is not important. Every human is awesome and important.

Q. Would you say there is anything in your life that has been directly affected by Doctor Who?
A. Yes, mostly social stuff. I understand people in many ways.

Q. Anything else you'd like to add before you go?
A. I love Doctor Who. Whovian is my blood. And the best part is I'm in Indonesia. There's a few Whovians here but I'm trying to make more. Just so you know that. Please pay me for my hard work!
